Vehicle Health Check

At ATS Euromaster we have gone the extra mile by developing a comprehensive Vehicle Health Check to assess key safety aspects of your vehicle.
The points which are included in the free Vehicle Health Check are:
 
Tyre tread depth
  • We measure the tread depth on all tyres (including the spare, if access is available). We take a number of measurements and record the lowest for each tyre
Tyre condition
  • We check the tyre for any visible damage. If we are able to raise the vehicle on the vehicle lift, we check the inside wall of the tyres
Tyre pressure
  • We check the tyre pressures on all of the tyres (including the spare, if access is available) and where necessary we adjust it to meet the recommended pressure for that tyre
Primary Brake inspection
  • We carry out a free visual front brake inspection. A full brake inspection is recommended for a more detailed report for which there is a charge
Battery
  • We carry out a visual inspection of the battery (without removing it from the vehicle) for obvious damage.
Exhaust
  • We carry out a visual inspection of the exhaust and its’ mountings for physical damage, leaking joints and corrosion. We also check the physical condition of the catalytic converter (if fitted). Enhanced tests are available at MOT centres upon request
Shock Absorbers
  • We carry out a visual inspection of the shock absorbers for signs of leaking and obvious damage or corrosion
